In late 2017, Indigo expanded its operation to the US with the first store in New York.

Step 1: Visit the official site of the Indigo customer satisfaction survey at Indigofeedback.com.
Step 2: Enter your mailing code, state, or city in the search bar, then choose “Search”.
Step 3: Locate the Indigo store you visited on the map, then choose “Use this location”.
Step 4: Enter your comment about the visited Indigo store and rate your overall experience when visited the place. Then choose “Next”.
Step 5: Choose “Enter our quarterly feedback contest”.
Step 6: Enter your information, including date of visit the store, the transaction from receipt, your name and email address. Then choose “Submit” to complete the survey.
In each quarter contest, there will be a total of 4 prizes. Each prize contains a $500 Indigo gift card.
Rules & Regulations
– The contest starts on April 1st, 2019 and finishes on March 31st, 2019.
– Only legal residents of Canada who reach the legal age of majority are eligible to participate in the contest.
– No purchase is necessary to enter the contest.
– It limits 1 entry each person for each store visit date.
